    I moved my vBulletin site to URL Jet for vBulletin hosting and what an improvement. The only down side is the price is sort of high, but i feel its worth every penny when i get to sleep at night good!

    Way to expensive. Sure the vBulletin install is nice, but prices to expensive and not very friendly

    By far the BEST hosting out there for anyone running a vBulletin site. Personally I feel that the person above who gave them a bad review is either a competitor or someone that is just trying to give them bad press.

    The prices are great for all of the services they offer. I challenge ANYONE to find anything even remotely comparable at the same price.

    URL Jet has been fantastic for us as well! We love their service free vBulletin installs and modification help! Its definitely worth the little extra cost

    Sorry to disagree with most posters here but my experience with URL Jet has not been very satisfactory. Their vBulletin know how is undeniably excellent but their support department is very erratic and often very very slow to respond to tickets. I’m still with them right now but I’ll be moving to a new host soon since getting good support is my number 1 priority and URL Jet falls way short in this area. Try getting someone from support on the ‘phone for urgent support - it’s been impossible 99.999% of the time - at least for me. To be fair though, compared to 1and1’s ticket support URL Jet are stellar performers, but then again 1and1 doesn’t appear to have an English speaking support team who can answer anything.

    Nov 22nd and still waiting for a response from support - this is ridiculous !! I’ve just spent an hour trying to transfer a domain from URLJet to another registrar and guess what - no dice - no matter what I try. The knowledgebase (a supreme oxymoron) amongst other inaccuracies says : “Next to the domain you are interested in there will be a button Manage”. Really? Well not on my screen anyway. I couldn’t agree more with MondayReviews post 9:30 pm on October 5th, 2008. Sorry Baldilocks but I’m not a competitor and who’d want to give bad press for no reason. I’m just extremely disappointed in their support which really is appalling and yes, I am going elsewhere.

    The best vbulletin hosting service out there and I’ve tried many. I huge shoulder lifted off my shoulder. You pay for what you get. Great service, and excellent tech suppport.
